 Demonstration in Support of Al Thompson

The Demonstration is on Wednesday, September 22, 2004, in Sacramento, California, beginning at about 2:30pm. and going until 6:00pm. or later.

Federal Judge Frank C. Damrell, Junior has been holding Al Thompson in the Sacramento County Jail for well over a month now on a bogus civil contempt charge resulting from Al Thompson’s inability to comply with a bogus court order resulting from a bogus complaint filed by the United States Attorney’s Office: All subject to Al Thompson's immediate receipt of their Statement of Claim, in writing, and their Proof of Claim, in writing, to the contrary.

If you are traveling to Sacramento:

Take Highway 99 from either the North or the South to Highway 50.
Take Highway 50 East to Watt Avenue.
Take Watt Avenue North and cross the American River.
The first possible right turn after crossing the American River is American River Drive.
Turn right onto American River Drive and you will see someone carrying a Picket Sign supporting Al Thompson.

Continue heading east on American River Drive and you will come to Wihaggin Drive and you will see someone else carrying a Picket Sign in support of Al Thompson.

Ask anyone you see carrying a Picket Sign supporting Al Thompson and they will direct you to the Demonstration. You may bring your own sign or you may pick one up at the Demonstration.

Dr. Don Grundmann is organizing this Demonstration on Al Thompson’s Behalf in the hope of bringing some Justice back to America.

Al Thompson Update September 17, 2004

Al is still in custody, it has been well over a month now, however thanks to God, and to you, the people that have been supporting Al by contacting the Court and asking important questions regarding the freedom of us all as well as sending paperwork to the Court on behalf of Al, there has finally had
another hearing today.

It was a Status Hearing in reference to their Case Number:

There were several people there in the Courtroom to support Al Thompson in his struggle. They felt as though it was good for them to be eye witnesses to this travesty of justice and to acquire some first hand knowledge of what has happened to the Justice System here in America.

There were Pickets, supporting Al Thompson, outside the Courthouse today while the Hearing was being held and the Judge, Frank C. Damrell, Junior, made comment on the record as to the presence of the pickets.

Dr. Don J. Grundmann, who is running United States Senator in California, helped arrange the Pickets.

Thanks to God and to you, who have been supporting Al, the Judge, Frank C. Damrell, Junior, finally decided that it is a good idea for the Judge to allow Al access to things like paper and a pen and the information Al needs to be able to comply to the Court Order.

Judge, Frank C. Damrell, Junior actually stated on the record that he will see to it that Al Thompson gets whatever Al needs to be able to comply with the Court Order.

Al stated on the record that the IRS may not like the truth that Al puts on their forms. Then Judge, Frank C. Damrell, Junior, stated on the record that he doesn’t care what the IRS likes if Al complies with the Court Order Al will be released.

It appears that there are some folks out there who believe that since Al Thompson may not be 100% right in what he is doing he must be 100% wrong and therefore the Government should be able to do whatever the Government wants to do with Al.

Why is it that there are so many in Government who so willing to ignore their oaths of office and participate in events such as the false imprisonment of Al Thompson? Isn’t willing failure to live up to ones oath of office a perjury of that oath? Isn’t that a crime?

Why is it that there are so many in Government who so willing to ignore their oaths of office and participate in events such as the proposing and signing and passing things like the Patriot Acts? Isn’t willing failure to live up to ones oath of office a perjury of that oath? Isn’t that a crime?

Don’t their oaths of office make the proposing and signing and passing things like the Patriot Acts a series of acts of treason on their part? Isn’t that a crime?

Why are there so many Americans out there who are so willing to either support or ignore these Criminals in Government?

Why is it that there are so many in Government who so willing to ignore their oaths of office and participate in events such as the adoption of the communist manifesto here in America? Isn’t this the 2nd Plank of the communist manifesto: A HEAVY PROGRESSIVE OR GRADUATED INCOME TAX?

If you agree with Al Thompson or not isn’t the issue here.

Al Thompson is a Sovereign American who making a stand for what he believes in and Al deserves your help in seeing to it that his God given, constitutionally guaranteed, rights are not just ignored by a group of Criminals in Government.

Please keep letting the court know that you care about Al Thompson and what happens to him.

Al Thompson Update September 14, 2004

Al is still in custody, it has been over a month now, however Al now has a date on the Court Calendar for a Status Hearing. It is this Friday, September 17, 2004 at 10:00am.

If you could be there to support Al Thompson in his struggle it would probably be good for you to be an eye witness to this travesty of justice and acquire some first hand knowledge of what has happened to the Justice System here in America.

Perhaps if enough people show enough interest in this crime against Al Thompson the court will have to stop demanding that Al do what the Court itself makes impossible for Al to do and release Al. Maybe they will be less likely to do the same thing to the next fellow when the time comes for them to do so.

How can Al provide information which does not exist from a cell where there are no records?

How can Al just make something up and expect to have God on his side?

How can Al do his own paperwork without access to a law library or even paper and a pen?

Judge Frank C. Damrell, Junior continues to hold Al in an effort to force Al into signing false IRS papers so that the information can later be used against Al and others.

A circumstance where You would be in Al Thompson’s predicament is if you and I agreed that we had a Private Agreement which was in effect several years ago in which I agreed to mow your lawn and you agreed to give me something in exchange for my mowing your lawn and we both agreed that the Agreement would remain private wouldn’t that be a Private Agreement?

What would happen if the Government suddenly demanded that you furnish them with employment records on me and you told the Government that it is impossible because I was not your employee and that our Agreement was a Private Agreement and that Agreement is one which you do not have the authority to violate, then the Government conspired with someone like Judge Frank C. Damrell, Junior, to lock you in a cell, and then they went ahead and locked you in a cell where you have no access to any records of any kind, and then they kept you there in that cell for over a month demanding that you do the impossible and furnish them with employment records on me which you know do not exist because I was never your employee?

Would you just make something up, to get yourself temporarily out of jail?

Shouldn’t it be evident to almost anyone that there definitely is a plot for the Government to use what ever information gained by the Government against Al Thompson and others at a later date? If that is not so then why is it so important to the government that Al provide them with false information against himself and others that the Government is willing to destroy any illusion of there being any freedom left here in America? Then on the other hand doesn’t it seem foolish for the Government to be doing all of this while there is a war going on in which Americans are giving up their lives to protect American Freedom?

Judge Frank C. Damrell, Junior, claims that Al Thompson is fully capable of doing his own paperwork however, Judge Frank C. Damrell, Junior, has been keeping Al Thompson in a cell for over a month now and Al is still not allowed to have access to a law library or paper or a pen.

Judge Frank C. Damrell, Junior, continues to fail to explain exactly how Al is supposed to be doing his own paperwork without Al’s being allowed to have access to a law library or paper or a pen.

Judge Frank C. Damrell, Junior’s, excuse for ignoring all of the Writs of Habeas Corpus thus far filed on Al Thompson’s behalf is that the people filing the Writs of Habeas Corpus on Al Thompson’s behalf may not have a significant enough relationship with Al and therefore they may not be truly dedicated to the best interests of Al Thompson. Who does Judge Frank C. Damrell, Junior, think he is fooling with that one?
